Another demo for my upcoming solo record "Houses". This features co-writer, Chris Perot, who I'm humbled to work on this record with. This demo was recorded in Mike Chappell's apartment in Columbia, SC last fall. Can't wait for everyone to hear the studio version of this song, but here's the apartment demo for now! ENJOY!
